Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loancure Solutions, we follow a transparent and structured fee policy. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Loancure Solutions for services rendered are non-refundable.

Once a payment is made and services are initiated, the amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind by the client

• Decision to discontinue services

• Delay or outcome of negotiations

• Non-utilisation of services for any reason

Service-Based Fees

Our services are provided based on professional time, effort, legal coordination, and case handling. Fees are charged for initiation, planning, communication, and ongoing support, and not solely for final outcomes.

Cancellation of Services

Clients may choose to discontinue services at any time by providing written communication.
However:

• No refunds will be issued for fees already paid

• No credits will be provided for unused or remaining service duration

• Cancellation does not entitle the client to reversal of any completed or ongoing work

Governing Agreement

Refunds, if any, are strictly governed by the service agreement executed at the time of enrollment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are treated as non-refundable.
